女博士
上个星期天，北京的博士生入学考试刚刚考完。我的一些学姐也参加了考试。如果考上了，她们就成为了女博士。在中国，人们把女博士叫做女人和男人之外 的第三类人。这并不是一个什么好的称呼。在大多数中国人的观念中，女人是不应该读太多书，有太高学历的。男人也不愿意和一个比自己学历高，赚钱赚得多的女 人结婚。人们还是非常传统地认为女人就是应该待在家中，照顾家庭。虽然因为这样，但还是会有不少女人去考博士。这是为什么呢？因为在中国找工作，大多数企业还是喜欢要男人，不要女人。认为女人需要结婚生小孩，而且做事情没有男人好。所以许多女人只能读到博士，希望能找到一个好的工作。现在大家会发现中国的 大学里面女老师是越来越多了。

Women PhDs.

 Last Sunday, Beijing PhD students completed their entrance exams. Some of my sisters have also participated in the exams. If she passes, she can become a female PhD student. In China people call female PhD outside of male of and female, a third sex. This is not a very good address. Many Chinese people think that women should not be well read or attain higher education. Men are not willing to be with those with higher education than them or marry women who earn more than them. Nevertheless, people are extremely traditional and they think that women should stay in the home and take care of the family. Although, because of this, but. however there are few women who go for PhDs. Why is this? Because, in China, when someone looks for work many companies still like to have men and do not want women. They believe women want to be married and have children, moreover doing things no men good (??). So many women must get PhDs, they want to get a good job. Now everyone can discover the inside of China's universities there are more and more female professors.
